Customer satisfaction and providing great customer experience is our priority. At MK Furniture we provide timely, attentive, upbeat service to our customers, and make sure our customers’ needs are met. We are committed to selling only high-quality products, but we understand that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return a product.
An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 14 calendar days following the delivery of goods. Consumer Contract Cancellation regulations DO NOT apply to your order if the goods have been custom made to your specification, and therefore, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the return.
If you are dissatisfied with the purchase for any reason you may, within seven calendar days of delivery, contact us to notify us that you wish to return some or all items from your order. The returns for the UK orders must be sent to the seller within 7 calendar days after seller agrees to take back returned items. If the buyer fails to deliver returns within 7 calendar day period, the seller holds the rights not to accept the goods back.
Please note that it is your own responsibility to arrange the return of the goods to the specified address at your own cost. You are also responsible for the value of the goods if they are diminished as a result of your handling whilst with you or in the return transit to us.
Goods must be returned in original packaging and it is your responsibility to return the items in a re-saleable condition. We will not be able to accept items that have already been assembled and we are unable to offer collection service.
Faulty or damaged items
At MK Furniture we only sell highest quality products and we do our best to ensure timely delivery of undamaged items. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 5 calendar days and we will help to resolve the issue.
Where possible, damaged in transit should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
Upon arrival you must examine your order for transportation damages. Damaged packaging may indicate that the product is also damaged. In this case, please refuse the order and contact [email protected]iture.com within 4 days, remember to provide your order number and, if possible, photos showing the damage.
Charges for returns
If you need to return the product for any reason, you will be liable for the cost of return and 3% handling fee of your original order value.
Receiving your refund
We’ll refund your money to the same credit card / debit card that you purchased your product with. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account after it has been processed.
